There are few crops in Argentina due to its low yield in warm and cold zones, where one can obtain delicate but strong wine with high level of acidity and the typical features: citrusy and flowery. It is reminiscent of minerals, described frequently as metallic taste.
The development in bottle is excellent and reaches amazing level of complexity.
It is cultivated at high altitude and cold weather, with which can be made high quality white wine (however with low yield), whether dry or sweet. When made trough an accurate process, it has personal aroma, strong body and it is very fresh, due to high natural acidity. Its frequent aromas are citric and floral. Sometimes presents touches of vegetables and spices.
