Argentina is a very active and vibrating gay community. Apart from this, it is a country that marches in the vanguard as regards claiming for the recognition of people’s rights without distinction of religion, skin color or sexual orientation.

As regards this, Argentina’s government has recently passed the law nº 26,618 (Egalitarian Matrimony Law), which modifies the Civil Code and allows marriage between two persons of the same sex, acquiring the same rights and obligations as heterosexual marriages.  

In this way, Argentina is now in the list of the only 10 countries in the world that has legalized gay matrimony.
For this reason, we invite all the gay couples in the world that would like to make their union legal through matrimony, to do it in Argentina, especially in Mendoza, known, together with Buenos Aires, as one of the most gay friendly places in the country, which has also become the favorite touristic destiny for the gay community that visits South America.

Mendoza is the birth place of Argentina’s wines and one of the most beautiful places in the country. As it is at the foot of the Andes, it always has the imposing snowy mountains as its background, among them the mythical Aconcagua. This combined with the always sunny days and the magical vineyards create a perfect environment to celebrate your wedding and the becoming truth of your legal union due to the great love you profess each other.

Our proposal is to organize your wedding at one of the most beautiful wineries of Mendoza, whether it is a private and romantic ceremony or an amusing party where all your friends and people you love can participate. We are also in charge of all the necessary procedures with Argentina Civil Justice.

Program

Day 1:

We will be waiting you at the airport or bus station of Mendoza. Our guide will welcome you and we will transfer you to the hotel selected for check-in

Day 2:

Breakfast at the hotel. In the afternoon we will have a view of the most important places of the beautiful Mendoza, city developed with very particular urban details, such as the open ditches, the width of sidewalks and avenues and the installation of the squares that adorned it. We will know the Frank Romero Day amphitheatre, scenario where every year takes place the already world-renowned Fiesta Nacional de la Vendimia; the beautiful park General San Martin, green lung of the city of 420 hectares, it is home to over 300 species of flora which was the work of the great french landscape architect Carlos Thays; the monument to the army of Los Andes located on the Summit of the Cerro de la Gloria, and the zone or Founding Area of Mendoza, a walk made up Pedro del Castillo square (in tribute to who founded the city in 1561) and the Franciscan ruins (temple built in 1731); among other places. Night in Mendoza.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning pick you up to go to the health center to perform the required analyzes. Then we go the public body responsible for conducting the marriage. There we will be an interview with the staff always accompanied by a bilingual guide so they can communicate without any problems. After return to the hotel.

Day 4:

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we`ll pick you up to start the first visit to winery in that which is called the high of the Mendoza River wine region or First Area. Here are the most prestigious vineyards of malbec (Argentine wine variety logo) and many of the internationally renowned wine cellars. We walk through the winery's facilities and our guide will teach us about the wines from Mendoza, its processes and systems of conduction of the vine and taste the benefits of their products. Then we will know the second Winery of the day whose particularity is that it is a boutique winery, so called because they have a limited edition production. Here we will share a talk about tasting techniques and of course taste wines from our hosts. This day we will enjoy a special lunch in the third Winery to visit, surrounded by a spectacular landscape of vineyards and mountains. We participate in the magic combination of scents, colours and flavours that represents a menu specially created to combine with the wines from the cellar, and also learn how to pairing (combining) different types of dishes with the appropriate varietal and generate exquisite combinations to the body and soul. We will relax and let God Baco to do its work. In the afternoon we return to the hotel. Night in Mendoza.

Day 5:

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we will move to the beautiful area of Potrerillos, a place of a magic combination of mountains, water and diaphanous sky. There we will have fun with a quiet horseback ride through forests and colorful mountains. At the end of the selected activity and with the renewed spirit back towards noon to the city of Mendoza.

Day 6:

It's your big day! Today is your wedding!! Today consecrate their love! Early morning pick by the hotel to go to the beauty salon where a stylist and a makeup artist prepare for the ceremony. The ceremony will be held at the Bodega Norton, a unique landscape that is the Andes. At midday, we will take you there to join the judge who will be waiting to marry you. Then, you will enjoy a private lunch with your couple and your wedding witnesses. This in the company of a live musician. After lunch you will have free time in the cellar to share a Malbec from vineyards. Then transfer to the hotel so they can enjoy your wedding night.

Day 7:

Breakfast at the hotel. When you let us know, we take you to the airport or the bus station from the hotel. Farewell and end of our services.
